Success Stories

In the years leading up to meeting Katie, my habits with food and exercise saw me through thick and thin...literally.

I am many things...and one of those things is a survivor. I survived obesity and its health concerns as a teenager, and I survived anorexia, which I suffered with for three years in my early 20's.

Having dealt with the extremes of body weight, what I was lacking and desperate for was balance, and a healthy goal to satisfy my inner perfectionist! After the ups and downs on the scales I felt that I was at war with my metabolism, and ultimately, with myself. It was always one step forward and two steps back.In the years leading up to meeting Katie, my habits with food and exercise saw me through thick and thin...literally.

I soon realised that if I was able to listen to him and trust him impeccably I would be right on track.
So, I began my second prep with that same trainer 14 weeks out from the Arnold. I did a caffeine detox for the first 21 d
